26-27-28 Şubat 2009 Tarihinde İzmir'de güngör Makina tarafından 90 adet Makina okul öğretmenlerini eğitim Semineri verildi. Okulumuzdan Erdoğan Anaç ve Süleyman Akman bu eğitimleri başarıyla tamamladılar. Bugünlerde tezgahın hazırlık ayarları ve CNC derslerini bu tezgahla nasıl işleriz şeklinde çalışmalar içindeyiz. Diğer okullardan makinacı arkadaşların CNC tezgahla iligli sorunları ve görüşlerini bu başlık altında paylaşmalarını bekliyoruz.

Bundan uzun zaman önce PC ler daha yeni yeni piyasaya çıkıyorlardı. Aman allahım biz bunları kullanabilecekmiyiz veya öğrenebilecekmiyiz diye soruyorduk kendi kendimize.Kurcalaya kurcalaya önce kullanmayı öğrendik. sonra söküp taktık çalışma prensiplerini öğrendik. Şimdilerde bilgisayar kullanmayanımız yok gibi. Yok gibi diyorum çünkü bazen eğitimlerde (Ki buna sizlerde şahitsiniz) Enter tuşu nedir hocam diye soran öğretmenlerim oldu. Sizler gibi sabırla bende görevimi yaptım ve enter tuşundan başladım anlatmaya. Eğitim amaçlı cnc tezgahların konsepti 1990 lı yılların başında Alman eğitim sisteminde yaygınlaşmaya başladı. Onlar da büyük endüstriyel tezgahların okullarda zor kullanıldığını anlamışlar. Maksatları imalat yapmak değil cnc operatörleri yetiştirmekmiş. Bu konsepte uygun olarak bizde benzer ürünleri geliştirdik. Hatta mekanik aksamını o kadar basit tuttuk ki tıpkı bilgisayar kullanmaya başladığımız dönemlerde nasıl söküp takıp kendimiz müdahale edebiliyorsak bu makinalardada aynı tecrübeyi yapabiliriz diye. Ama bu zaman alacak. Okullara kuruluma gittiğimde her zaman ilk sözüm şu olmuştur. Lütfen korkmadan kurcalayın bu makinayı. Biliyorum ki çok aşırı bir yüke maruz kalmadıkça mekanik olarak arıza riski yoktur. Programsal olarakta SL firmasını tercih ettik. Bunun nedeni çok uzun yıllardır sadece bu işi yapıyor olmalarıdır. Yani eğitim modüllü cnc software yazılımları. Elinizdeki software ler iddaa ediyorum ki benzersizdir. Katı model 3d simulasyonlu olarak makina süren cnc yazılımlar daha yeni yeni çıkmaya başladı. Bizler Siemens gibi firmalarında ürünlerini kullanıyoruz imalatlarımızda. En son 802 d sl üniteli prototip imal ettik. Çok açık söylüyorum ki gerçekten iyi bir ünite olmasına karşılık simulasyon özelliği maalesef Sl de olduğu gibi gelişmemiştir. Gelişen modelleri ise daha yeni yeni piyasaya çıkmakta olan shop turn ve shop mill sistemlerdir.
Eğitim konusunda bende sizin gibi düşünmekteyim. Gerçekten çok kalabalıktı. Ancak bunun nedeni kesinlikle bizden kaynaklanmamıştır. Eğitimi 2 ye bölmek ve daha uygun eğitim vermeyi bizlerde amaçlamıştık ancak sizlerde bazen kuralların değiştirilemeyeceğini biliyorsunuz. Bizimde talebimiz reddedilmiş olmasından dolayı böyle yapıldı eğitim. kısıtlı sayıda katılımcı katılması gerektiğinden her okuldan 2 öğretici istendi. Gönderdiğimiz davetiyelerde özellikle branş öğretmenlerinin katılımını rica ettik. Ancak idareler kimleri görevlendirdiyse onlar geldi. Hak verirsiniz ki bizlerin buna müdahele etme şanşsı hiç yoktu.
Makinalarda okullarımızın bazı çalışmalarını görüyoruz. Özellikle video çekimlerine bakarak baya yol katedildiği bir gerçek. Gördüğümüz hatalar elbette var. Örneğin yapılan bir program plastik bir malzeme için yapılmış ve başarıya ulaşmışken aynı program metal üzerinde denenmiş ancak aynı başarı sağlanamamıştır. Elbette ki kesicimiz plastiği kestiği gibi metali kesemez. Ona göre (materyale göre) devir , kesme hızı ve derinliği verilmelidir. Ancak çok başarılı okullar olduğu gibi tezgahtan korkan okullarımızda mevcut. Bazı okullarımız bana hediye olarak satranç takımları , top arabaları , gemi dümeni eşantiyonları vb modeller gönderirlerken bazı okullarımızın tezgahı daha yeni yeni kullanmaya başladıklarını görüyorum. Zamanla herşeyin yerli yerine oturacağından hiç şüphem yoktur.
Makina ile ilgili takıldığınız herhangi bir durumda bizimle irtibata geçmekten kesinlikle çekinmeyiniz. Unutmayın ki o makinalar sizlerin eğittiği öğrenciler , mühendisler kısacası biz Türk insanları tarafından yapıldı. Man your turrets. Turrets are the most powerful weapons at your disposal because of their extremely long range and high damage. Defense with fully-manned turrets will make short work of siege vehicles even before they get to Wintergrasp Fortress, or at least soften them up significantly for players on foot to destroy. Conversely, players must protect their turrets. Kill the ranged DPS first and let the turrets handle the vehicles. A turret firing at a vehicle will kill a vehicle before the vehicle kills the turret every time. The difference-maker are the personnel.

Again, it's important to head out to mount a counter-offensive. This is the most devastating way to deal with an offense -- destroy their siege workshops. The Eastspark and Westspark Workshops are permanently under offense control, so they should be absolute priority. At the beginning of the game, get Rank and send a fast-striking team of 2-3 Catapults to destroy the workshops. If Eastspark and Westspark Workshops are destroyed, the offense's only recourse is to take control of East or West Workshops. If they are unable to do this, it's game over.

Understand that only siege vehicles may damage the Fortress walls. If offense has no access to siege vehicles, the game is done, and it's just a matter of winding down the clock. Putting offense on the defensive will disrupt their efforts and buy you time. While it will extremely difficult to stop a coordinated assault, particularly a group on Ventrilo, effort must be made to disrupt them. A coordinated offense can win the game in less than ten minutes, unlocking the currently buggy Within Our Grasp Achievement. The only way to stop them is to block off their vehicle supply at the source, initally the West or East. This where numbers come into play. If they have more, they will simply wrest control.

Factories Siege vehicles are manufactured in factories. There are a total of six factories in Wintergrasp. Two are within the Fortress. They cannot be captured, but they can be destroyed. Two factories are in the ring zones right outside the fortress. These can be captured or destroyed. The two other factories, found to the southeast and southwest are like the factories within the fortress and cannot be captured, only destroyed. Cutting off the opposing faction's supply of siege vehicles can be a game changing strategy. A factory is captured just like taking a tower in Eye of the Storm, by destroying all members of the opposing faction and occupying the workshop. Siege vehicles are a new addition to World of Warcraft PvP. They are an absolute necessity for the offense and a vital part of the defense's arsenal. When ready they can be brought into the field. Each factory entitles a faction to four vehicles. Since each faction has two factories, which cannot be destroyed, each side will always have a minimum of eight vehicle slots. This can shift up to sixteen available slots if both the East and West factories are controlled as well.

Siege Vehicles There are three types of siege engines which can be deployed. The Wintergrasp Catapult is a fast vehicle, but low on hit points (30k). Its abilities are Plague Barrels, which deal 500 siege damage to a structure and lay down a mist of disease that damages players who stand in it. This vehicle also has a channeled Flame Breath, which damages opposing players to the approximate tune of 1k per tick. One must have a rank of Corporal to build and use this siege engine.

The next two vehicles require a rank of First Lieutenant to build. The Wintergrasp Demolisher can carry up to 2 players. One player is the driver. The other slot is for ranged DPS. The passenger can cast and attack as though he or she is standing still. The vehicle itself has two attacks. There is a boulder that can be thrown from a distance. It does about 1k damage to structures. There is also a battering ram effect, which deals about 1500 damage.
